been on theplanet, but they are huge company and dont care per customer, i was with them 5+ years and asked for discount (to match my friends plan he has with theplanet) and they refused, that's when i knew it was time to move from them
mojohost was the best i've ever dealt with, but when i got ddos'd they dumped me on the side of the road and never looked back (even tho i warned them that i am possibly a ddos-prone customer)
