CCBill Maintenance - What Went Wrong?
So CCBill announce a long period of maintenance on the 19th September to improve all the reporting systems and reliability etc. So what went wrong?
From where I am two things are very clear.
One - there is absolutely no improvement in the admin/reporting system, in fact it's considerably worse!
Two - Sign ups have just stopped! After an excellent start to the week Sunday thru Tuesday, with sales way up on normal, on Wednesday (19th) they just stopped and didn't pick up yesterday!
What the hell has happened? I am sure CCBill won't tell us!
