Epoch

A friend of mine signed up for Lady Sonia via a link on my TGP site and using my affiliate number. CCBill refused his card and he was automatically passed through to Epoch. Epoch accepted his card and he was sent a user name and password from Lady Sonia. I have never received my affiliate commission for this sign up. CCBill say that I should be credited with the sale even if the sale was passed to Epoch. Has anyone any experience of this.

i too have heard that you should get credit for it as well, but we activated epoch as backup processor only recently so... i don't have any direct experience yet

Sounds odd, i would contact John from lady sonia personally, he has been very helpful in the past.

I think it depends on whether "cascading" has been set up by the sponsor. Lay Sonia's team are highly professional so I am sure they will have done this. As Nichednet says I would contact John!

Is it cots? I've set it up personally and didn't even see an option to choose wheter or not credit affiliates for cascade memberships... i've better check it out closely then
