CCBill Web Admin - Let's Work Together
I am sure I am not the only one having major problems with the CCBill web admin reports etc. It's equally bad on the main admin as it is on the affiliate admin.
The job of doing my figures has gone from quick and easy to a nightmare. A ten minute job can now take 45 mins of waiting, clicking etc etc. It doesn't matter whether I use Firefox or Safari, I have the same problems. CCBill continue to deny that there is a problem. Are they blind or just plain stupid? You only have to watch the activity bar at the bottom of the web page to see the problem happening! If CCBill are continuing to deny there is a problem to individuals, then how can we all team together to tackle them and get this fixed? BTW is anyone seeing this issue coming up on other forums? |

There is no doubt the admin is very slow and it's something that has been complained about many times in the past Geoff.
I would imagine the server load must be immense considering the amount of data it must hold and the requests it gets every second.. There is also no doubt they need to get this issue resolved but CCBill seem to be very slow in reacting..

In admin.ccbill.com stats, I have to click the "lookup" stats button about 5 - 20 times before it finally shows up
Same for me, I've emailed them many times, posted in threads many times, and they say everything is fine on their end.

It's not "slow" that's the problem. It's broken/dropped links with other servers/sites. That's why JS and others have to keep clicking away to get the reports. As I said, watch the activity bar and you cans see it happening before your very eyes.
Slow I can cope with, but let me ask - if your site was slow would you do something about it? Of course you would. So why aren't CCBill? |

I agree. Even the 'new' webadmin is called a beta, and if you try to use the old admin we are told by client support that it is no longer supported. So, one admin that is no longer supported and one that is still in beta. Even the iphone app that I use from time to time is a mess. Unavailable at the moment.
They probably do have a massive amount of traffic, but they should be investing in a reporting system that is fit for purpose. |

And the Live Chat never connects either - and that used to be a really valuable resource for getting things fixed and advice on new stuff

Now i login to ccbill affiliate admin, and it loads the top and bottom frames, but the middle stats frame says "invalid affiliate ID"
I'm still so shocked ccbill is ok with this

They must be aware of all the problems because they are being mentioned on many forums. It just seems that they are in denial. Bizarre.

They seem to busy adding new features that probably won't work, and be full of bugs, to the existing systems that don't work and are full of bugs.
At least they are consistent! |
